Houston squares off against Rice in the first round of the Conference USA Tournament at Bank of Oklahoma Center on Wednesday. It gets started at 7 p.m. EST. The Cougars defeated the Owls 84-62 on Mar. 6 and are 6-4 against them over the past four years.

In a 96-94 win over Tulane on Mar. 9, Joseph Young put up 32 points and nine assists for the Cougars. He leads the team with 18.5 points per game.
